This LG washing machine was stacked on top of an LG dryer and some companies will instruct the customer to have the dryer on the ground for the repair but not us because we like to save the customer on time and money when possible even if the repair becomes a little more labor-intensive. The left rear drumroller was stuck not spinning freely so we lubricate it and ensure that it becomes free and turns properly.
